Forum: forums Subject: Sock Puppet. Ignorance, guilty conscience or "Bad Actor"?

This is a good example of a one time, or in this case two time, account that appears and disappears. In this case a group of potentially copyrighted materials was up[loaded by one account. Then this Sock Puppet account appears and sends Forum requests instead of email to info@archive.org. Then the account usually disappears.
Is this a anonymous noble soul who is also lacks the ability to read the FAQ page, an uploader with a guilty conscience or someone trying to build a case against the Internet Archive? If there are any other reasonable or unreasonable explanations it would be interesting to read.
By the way, those seemingly random numbers are often PIN and crack code numbers and the upload is just a placeholder.

Also these do not seem to be placeholder files they seem to be the real deal. If you looked at the file size.
